Margareta Lindholm is born 1960 and she published her first novel 1993. Tan is her eight novel. She is one of the strongest literary voices in her generation. Aged 42 had she a stroke that was almost fatal, and she lost her language, spoken and written. After a couple of years could she start to write again and have received splendid reviews for her latest novel, The Forest, published 2010 and serial at The Swedish Radio in July 2011.
